T related around York Nebraska?
Taking my dad to the tool auction in York. I may have some time on my hands to freelance. Planning on the museum of speed in Lincoln.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks in advance!

Make a point of dining at Chances R in downtown York. Their banquet room in back has a lot of car related nostalgia. The food was good too.

Pioneer Village and the Museum of Speed are great choices. I may not be available and my cars are certainly in a state of disarray. If you stop at the M of Speed, most T related cars and displays are on the 2nd floor, although there are great things throughout the museum. Also, if you stay in the Lincoln area before heading home, Strategic Air Command Museum between Lincoln and Omaha just off I-80 is a great stop.
Chances R is a great place for a bite (and beer).
Enjoy your trip,
Rob

Sounds like a good trip. It’s surprising what a strip along I-80 through Nebraska has to offer. Looks like the trip went well. Thank you for the post.

Didn't realize that was there. Have to add it to my list of "Stuff to do when I'm nearby." I spent four years at Little Rock AFB. B-47s followed by B-58s, and a wing of Titan IIs. (Peace was my Profession )

Dick,
It’s a good, “modern” museum with interactive displays and other U.S military history exhibits in addition to SAC history.
Thank you for your service.
