Unusual tail light Bracket

Post by Mark Osterman » Mon May 10, 2021 8:55 am

I bought this interesting tail light bracket a few years ago and want to use it under the end of my pickup box. I need the license plate mounting extension that inserts in the side hole. Does anyone known if these are available new? I know the same piece is used for the 1915 license plate tail light assembly.

The bolt on license arm isn’t made new. Find original or fabricate one. Used on 1915 runabouts.

I think Jack Putnam made some in iron. You may check with him.

Mark:

I have this 1915 touring/sedan two-piece tail lamp bracket available if you are interested.

You can rob the license plate holder from it and install it on your lamp bracket.

As far as I am aware, the 1915 two-piece brackets have never been reproduced.
