Public Notary Service for Luray Swap Meet

Post by Jeepbone1 » Thu May 13, 2021 9:02 am

Good morning everyone. Just like last year, I’ll be set up at the Luray Swap Meet. I’m a registered notary for Virginia and I’ll have my stamp at my spaces in the back corner for any of your notary needs.

As a curious Brit, will someone explain what a public notary is, and why one is needed at a swap meet please?

If a vehicle is purchased without a title,
a notarized Bill of Sale makes usually makes it easier
to register the vehicle.

I drive a Model T ... Microseconds don't matter :D

For every Absolute Model T Fact there are at least three exceptions.
