Looking for Voltage regulator
I am looking for a Fun Projects voltage regulator. Their website does not seem to be up and I don’t know where I can buy one. Thanks.

Good luck.
I was told they're out of stock a few weeks ago.
Not sure if they're out of production or what.

Re: Looking for Voltage regulator
Birdhaven bought out Texas T and Funprojects. The only website they currently support (minimally) is TEXAS T http://www.texastparts.com/mm5/merchant ... ory_Code=p and it shows no 5055's of any kind. Langs has listed some 8 & 12 volt versions. A good alternative, for most, is a diode cut-out. Your call to Birdhaven may or may not be the most cheerful, too many items are out of stock now a days across suppliers

Yeh, I don't wanna sound like I'm dissing them but good luck. Seems all the FP stuff will be a looong time being available if at all. I need one of John's world famous stop light switches and virtually no one has one. Darn.

Re: Looking for Voltage regulator
The Birdhaven folks are good people, the kind that keep this hobby going. That said, I wonder if by buying FP and Texas T parts that they didn't take on more than they can handle. There are a number of items that when existing stock was used up it has not been replaced. The pandemic may have done in some of their suppliers..... we just don't know and Birdhaven isn't saying.
