What bolts wear used to bolt down the turtle deck on a 23 ?

Don't know what is factory fasteners, any fine thread bolt should work. I just used older bolts from the storage box, with lock washer and square nut on top of the turtle mount bracket to the wood floor of the runabout deck. This is a '24.

Most likely it was a carriage or possibly a step bolt, with the head under the wood decking; either 5/16" or 3/8" with a square nut and lock washer.
