I'm trying to get this ignition apart. What year would this be?

Thats a aftermarket accessory ignition lock. I run one. Been a while but, I believe you have to turn the key to move an internal cover to get to internal mounting screws.

Put the key in the lock and turn to "Mag".
The lock lines up with slots (in center) and lock/face plate will come out.
Nice accessory for a '13-'14, by KW Pat 1912.
The switch base isn't the same as the regular switch.
Here is what switch and the base looks like inside.
The switch base is the same as used on the later locking KW Master Vibrator.

The hard rubber switch housing is factory and was introduced during the 1913 model year with the metal coil box and was used at least through the 1917 model year.

We'd have to see a full view of the coil box to determine its model year(s).

As others have posted, you need the key and turn the lock to MAG in order to remove the accessory Auto Lock switch plate. Removing the screws in and of themselves won't do the trick.
