Where do these brackets go ?

They look very familiar to me but I can’t place them. Anybody got an idea ?

They look to be band ears, but they are not the usual Ford product. perhaps they are after-market replacements/accessories.

I’m with you and Don’t know! Others will but they look like a mixture of Band and Wheel Lugs!

I thought band brackets too, but don’t they have 2 rivet holes ?
Seems like I found them in a box marked frame metal ?
