The two object were in a box of antique auto parts. I have no idea as to what they are!!

Some, the one in the right appears to be a brake light switch. Aftermarket, as they mostly all are.

Your item on the right in your picture IS a brake light switch.

I installed an identical switch on my 1914 Metz.

I installed both of the brake lamp switches in this picture on my Metz, one for each brake pedal.

Thank you for the reply and taking the time to take and post the photo. Unfortunately when I checked it with my multimeter it did not work. However I appreciate knowing what it was used for.
