Can anyone identify these brackets

A freind sent me this picture asking what they are and I have no idea. Anyone know what they are? what they fit?

Top saddles & arms - make - not familiar.

They are after market top clamp downs. They were popular for T's. If the base saddle arms are removable, they may fit a T.
