Drag link end caps?

For drag link end caps I see three different possibilities:
. APCO for worn ends from Lang's
https://www.modeltford.com/item/2728APCO.aspx
. Cap shown in the picture that I received from Dave Huson.
. Grease cap shown in the picture that came with my Touring.
Are all of the above ok or is there something in particular I should be doing?

Of course they’re all ‘OK’ and dependant on the shape of the balls on both ends. If they’re slightly oblong, I’d go with the spring loaded APCO accessory.

I like the Apco's I have rebuilt and used.

Thanks, is there a way to get APCO's on faster? The cone shape makes it only possible to get a ratchet on for half the way then the edge gets too tight and you have to change to a wrench which is slow to get them on. I've only seen the grease cup type on my Touring does any one sell those?

The spindle arm end looks a bit worn causing the gap. Don't know if an acceptable fix is a thrust washer (not a regular washer)

The grease-cup version is a period accessory or a modified original cap
taking too long to put an APCO cap is a new one on me...
