‘25 Roadster gas tank area
Is the area under the gas tank on a ‘25 Roadster supposed to be open or closed.
Retired ... nothing to do and all day to do it.

Re: ‘25 Roadster gas tank area
I would say "under" is open.
The neat thing about the 25 is a tool tray filling the gap between the back of the gas tank to under the seat.
I have seen pix posted on this forum of it.

‘Open’.....when laying on the ground you should see the entire length of the gas tank.
I don’t know why I turned out this way. My parents were decent people.

Thanks. Someone closed it in with galvanized sheet metal. Can’t get a wrench on the top of the sediment bulb so will need to use a pipe wrench.
