Those deliveries are so great. I think about building one every time I see one. The variety of designs is unlimited.
Those cars would likely be 1919 to 1923 with starters but not the demountable rims.
The license plate looks like a 1924 Minn. It had a white border around it. 1920 would be more likely but the border wasn't painted white. '20 would be more likely for the cars looking that new and a photo being taken.

The touring appears to have square wood fellow wheels on the rear & metal fellow fronts. A mix? Do you see that also?

3 rear windows plus 2 man top should make this touring a '17- '22. '23 had the one man top.
