Unsafe site notice from Mcafee?
All of a sudden today, my Mcafee virus program is telling me this site is not as safe as it should be. Anyone else seeing this?

I had Webroot block access as well. The site had been hacked, back up, and hacked again, numerous times. I contacted Webroot/Geek Squad with the info, and they ID'd the message, which I passed on to Chris. Jeff and Chris have been in an ongoing battle with the hackers. Have confidence in their capabilities. There are messages on the old 2018 site, too. Of course, we impatiently wait....

My work PC, no longer will allow me to visit the site.
The other day I clicked on an internal link, and I was taken to a very questionable site. It took some effort to exit the link.

Several times over the last few days I have been denied access. I was surprised no threads addressed it, so thought the problem was on my end.

Yes, Chris and Jeff have been fighting hackers. The site has been up and down several times. Currently there are still some glitches in how the thing works (like the quote malfunction), but at least it does work, mostly.

Re: Unsafe site notice from Mcafee?
My McAfee says that as well. Something about an out of date certificate. I know the site is OK so I bypass the warning. I have yet to see the site down because of the hackers or for any other reason. Thanks to Chris and Jeff for keeping it going.

Should be all better now.
Jeff
Sorry Don. Nothing I can do about that problem. We all share it though!

Re: Unsafe site notice from Mcafee?
My junk e-mail exploded right after I signed up for this new site. I went nowhere else new. It has to be from here. I'm talking 1 or 2 a week to over 25 a day. Very troubling as whatever they got is out there and closing the barn door is a moot point.
Forget everything you thought you knew.

O think that may be a case of POST HOC ERGO PROPTER HOC. My junk mail didn't increase at all. It's the same stuff I've been regularly deleting for years.
