Stewart Off & On Tire Tool No.3
Patent Applied For
about 13 inches long
looks like it uses a handle extension
anyone every seen one before or have any additional info?

It was popular enough when new that Stewart had to sue the American Auto Supply Company around 1915 to stop using the "off-an-on tire tool" name...

so there is that...
