Shucks, I was expecting a double hump camel!!

It appears to not have a radiator cap. Hope he carries lots of extra water for driving in the hot sand!

Right hand steering, odd cowl lights, fenders all have an unusual pronounced bend design to the middle of them that I sort of like, odd hood 2 louver side panel, wind shield looks like just the top have of a Model t windshield?

Paint it purple! Looks a bit like one I've seen on our site. What's his name...?..

Assuming the photo was taken in Egypt, I would guess that the car was adapted from a Britsh Army Ford left after WWI. Model Ts were used extensively and successfully in the western desert and in Palestine - though the Rolls Royces usually get the PR credit!

The front fenders give the illusion of cobras ready to pounce. What an assortment of parts. Just my imagination going wild again.

You know, you're right, I bet that car was put together from parts from the British expeditionary force in Egypt, Palestine, and all over that area from about 1915 to about 1920? I forget what the problem was, I think the Ottomans or somebody attacked the British in Egypt. I do remember the story a little bit about the 19,000 or so model T's the British eventually convinced Henry Ford to sell them, a lot of which were armed with Lewis guns. I've shot a Lewis gun and it is really a bad ass contraption, it must've been interesting to try to shoot one off of a model T. The parts on this roadster all appeared to be 1921 or before parts, so, yes, that sure fits into the parts being taken from one of the British expeditionary model T's. That's all the more interesting, here a guy builds a speedster from old wartime matériel model T parts, literally pounding swords into speedsters!

To add to Chris Barkers comment about the Rolls Royce getting all the credit. I like this little article on the RR and the T.
