Curious as to what it now costs to get some 30x3-1/2 wheels rebuilt with wood felloes?

Bill Calimer built me a 30 x 3-1/2 wheel for my '14 about a year ago, and it was $285. Impeccable quality.

I agree with Randall. You get what you pay for. Why go with a company you know nothing about?

Calimer's has price list on line. He's making a set of front for me now, these are the all steel rim and felloe clincher combo (non-demountable) 30x3, from the early twenties. The spoke shape and size is special so it's taking a bit extra time. Sent him the spoke to get the shapes right, they are somewhat oval but unlike the early oval wood spoke wood felloe types.

Stutzman did mine, 30 x 3-1/2 wheel for my 1911 Touring about 5 years ago, splendide and Impeccable quality either. I provided the hub and the rim and rebuilt all spokes and wood felloes. I can't be more happy. He could also sandblast your rims and hubs for additional cost if you want. Here some pictures as well. Hope that help.

Both Stutzman and Calimer do quality work... So far I've had Stutzman do my wheels and I have no complaints. Excellent quality.

Thank you all for the information. I have a full set of wheels all new with new rims that were made about 10 years ago and a friend wants to buy them and I am trying to figure a price that’s fair to both parties!!

Stutsman did my wood felloes for 250.00 each this summer and did a beautiful job.
