Lamco body speedster info
Again, old pics. Some neat Indiana history here. This is a Lamco bodied speedster , made in Cannelton, Indiana by the Lehman Mfg co. This is one that sold and went to Belgium. Had a ROOF OHV engine rebuilt by Engine Joe Bell, a ruckstell built and installed by him, custom radiator repair by Bill Lucius( he never wants to see another of those) all NOS aftermarket fenders from Jeff Perkins in minneesoooto ,top and interior were done here by me and was overall finished nicely by the owner in Belgium, Paul Houben. The advertisement doesn’t show all the options that were offered, but when it left here she had all the bells and whistles. Pretty scarce company, I did find another complete one at the time in West Virginia, owned by one of the Mcoys ( or hatfields, I forget) may be still there and available, neat REAL aftermarket Lizzie body. Great Indiana history!
