Does anybody have any factory drawings or specifications for this typed of horn bulb bracket?

I have repaired and rebuilt this one a couple of times now:

With the flat bar steel and a single screw, it looks like it would be an easy part to make.
I could make some guesses and make a part that looks good, but I would like to replicate it as close as possible.
If anybody has one and would share some measurements, I would appreciate it.

Thanks,

Keith,
These are photos of an original 1915 horn setup that I have. The horn bulb bracket and the rivet are brass on this one , that was made by STANDARD. With 3 or 4 suppliers to Ford in 1915, some may be brass and some may be steel.
The brass stock that was used to make this bracket is 5/8" wide by about .085 thick. If you anneal the brass it may be easier to form. and solders well.

Jim-
Thank you! This is what I am looking for. Please would you tell me:

You said the material is 5/8" wide. What is the width of the mount?
What is the measurement center to center on the holes? hole size?
What is the length of the flat part where the rivet is? about 5/8"?
What is the radius or diameter of the curve? Looks about the size of around the pipe?

Those repro brackets from the vendors are a joke!

Keith, your bracket is on the way.

The bracket in your photo is the early style, used on setups in which the horn bulb mounts to the outside of the body. Trouble occurs when folks use these on the inside of the body, in place of the correct later bracket which is much shorter and places the bulb closer to the dummy panel. The driver's knee keeps smacking into the early, longer bracket and it breaks apart. Some time ago I posted photos here of the different style horn setups; maybe someone who is more computer savvy than I can find them.

Here’s my crude drawing with jumbled up measurements. This was with a Rubes horn. Everything is brass.

I left off one measurement. It’s 3/4” on either side of the base to the inside radius and that 27/32 should probably be 7/8.

Same story here. I made one for my '13 out of brass. I understand it's not necessarily the correct bracket for the '13. The repros look close enough to the early type but are not made the same, and are prone to fail. I hope someone with the 'puter savvy to do so will post more information on this subject from previous forum posts !

This is the kind of material I enjoy reading on the forum. Thank you Keith for posting. I'm sure Randall will be a big help to you on this, as he has done a lot of research on this subject. I also agree on the statement about the repro horn brackets being a joke, because they are!

Than you for all the help and support.
Thanks, RV.
My horn set up is not stock, but it looks a whole lot better and is much more secure than what was there before.
Again, thanks to a lot of people.
