Any thoughts for a new battery for my '25 T Roadster pu? Size, amp, etc?

Starter Motor 6 or 12 volt.
Is Your starter motor 12 volts. or a original 6 volt starter running on 12 volts ? My 26 was converted to 12 volts when I got it. but the starter is still 6 volts which I am not comfortable with.The 12 volt battery in My 26 is a Napa Power # 6535. I have considered replacing the 12 volt battery with two 6 volt Optima's which will fit in the same space ? and provide 6 volt for starting and use 12 volts for charging and running distributor, lights. and accessories.

Walmart Value Power.
The Value power line of batteries seem to work well. I have bought two and use one on a 88 S-10 parked in the barn. over three years on the value power battery and counting. using a 6.95 HF. Cen-Tech Automatic float charger # 42292. which I think is the reason for the long battery life. if I take the float charger off for a few weeks the battery goes down.

If your battery is going down in weeks, it is either the alternator pulling it down (if you have an alternator) or oil-soaked wiring providing a high resistance path to ground.
I had the same situation and found that replacing the old wiring (that was also found to be pinched against the frame) solved the problem and in a warm climate, the battery could go 5 months and still start the car. Prior to that , I'd be lucky to get the car to start after sitting for a week (and this is with the same 6V battery). On this same car, the coolant was eating up my aluminum Moto-meter, and the coolant was showing (I don't recall how much) millivolts of voltage when checked with DVM. After replacing wiring, the moto-meter stopped corroding as well, and DVM measured "0". There was definitely leakage due to wiring.
