Yesterday I get home with a new speedster project.
The frame have a lowering kit on it.
Do any one know more about this kit?
Thanks

Rear axle method similar to several here. Note the wood block in the frame member to prevent distortion. Most interesting is what looks like a braket to lower the body or? Are ther others on the fram?

12 leaves on the front, heavy leaf spring clamps and bolts, likely another wood block in the cross member to prevent distortion.

Good looking lowering kit. Loose about half the spring leaves.

Very nice kit! Funny that the original builder added so many spring leaves to the front that it seems to have cancelled out the lowering effect of the bracket.

Good looking castings. Is it really only two bolts in shear holding the front end? If so it would be appropriate to call it a suicide front end.

The rear spring is equally overdone... must have been a “low boy”
The brackets are super cool! Would love to get some better detail pics when you get them off the chassis

First time seeing these for me as well, great looking brackets. Many were homemade, may have been an expensive alternative back then and not popular, thus the rarity?
