HCCT Book
I’m wondering if there’s any good info on the Allen Coil tester in the new Book offered by MTFCA ? I have an Allen that Id like to try to restore.

Re: HCCT Book
Ironically I had the hcct book at my recliner when I read your post. I have just restored two KRW testers and got the book for reference. It is extremely well written and has many good quality color pictures of many brands and types of the equipment including a lengthy chapter on the Allen units. Easily worth the money, in my opinion.

Re: HCCT Book
If you're referring to Bob Cascisa's book, get it - it's worth every penny.

Re: HCCT Book
I have restored 11 HCCTs and repaired a few more for people.
The HCCT on Page 9 in the book was my 1st restore and 11th restore/repair with a bad meter.
Bob Cascia did the meter restore and Ron Patterson provided information or parts on the others.
They are both available for help, some parts, and more information.
I am very grateful to both of them for their assistance over the years.
