Bushing dimensions

Trying to help a friend. Since some brass bushings are hard to find right now I thought i would try to see if I could find some brass stock that could be modified to work. I just spent the last hour unsuccessfully looking thru my stash for some unused steel bushings so I could get some dimensions but either mislaid them or gave them away.
By chance do any of you happen to have the dimensions of the front and rear spring eye/perch bushings and the tie rod bushings? OD, ID and length would be really helpful.
If you have found other sources for the bushings or appropriately sized bushing stock and are willing to share that would be great!

The dimensions of the rear spring perch/spring eye bushing is:
0.5625" x 0.6875" x 2"
And the front is:
0.5625" x 0.6875" x 1.500"
I used cast bronze machined bushings, google the part number CB-0911-16 for the rear and CB-0911-12 for the front. I don't remember where I got them, but I bought them on-line and had them in a day or two.
EDIT: I read the wrong note I had on the bushings I bought (I bought bushings for 2 different jobs) and typed in the wrong OD of the bushing as 0.750", I have corrected it to the correct OD of 0.6875"

McMaster-Carr is your friend
https://www.mcmaster.com/bushings/multi ... earings-8/ these are cast and not sintered (avoid Oilite and similar products for this application)

Bronze, not brass.
Front perch and spring bushings are ⁹⁄₁₆" ID and ¹¹⁄₁₆" OD. Front (#3820) are 1½" long.
Rear perch and spring bushings (#3844) are ⁹⁄₁₆" ID and ¾" OD and 2" long.
Hand crank bushings are 2⅝" long, OD 1", and ID ¾".
Spindle arm bushings (#2714) are 1" long, OD ¹¹⁄₁₆", and ID ⁹⁄₁₆".
Parking brake cam bushings(#2559*) are 1⅛" long, OD ¹¹⁄₁₆", and ID ½".
*1909-1925. I don't have a 26-27 bushing (#2559-B) to measure. Maybe somebody who has one can post that.
ERRORS CORRECTED 5-3-22

Isn't the ID for the Tie Rod Bolt/Spindle Arm Bushing the same as the spring perches and spring eyes?

I am constantly amazed by the wealth of information and collaboration that the internet makes possible. Thanks for the information.
I did a little digging and came up with this for the bushings in question by using your information.
Bronze Bushings
Front spring and perch
11/16 OD x 9/16 ID x 1.5 L Bunting CB091112 Grainger 3T524
.6875 x .5625
Rear spring and perch
3/4 OD x 9/16 ID x 2.0 L Bunting CB091216 Grainger 13T533
.750 x .5625
Spindle Arm Bushing
11/16 OD x 9/16 ID x 1.0 L Bunting CB091108 Grainger 13T522
.6875 x .5625
CORRECTED 5/3/2022 - hopefully for the last time

Yes, I measured again and that's right: OD ¹¹⁄₁₆", ID ⁹⁄₁₆". It's the 1" length which is smaller. Measure twice, type once.

I'd check the OD off the rear spring bushings first. On our Canadian sourced cars I have found some to be 3/4"
Tie rod end bushes are the same OD as king pin bushes. You can use worn king pin bushes bored out to suit the tie rod pins. You can even leave part of the Bush head to take up wear between the eyes on the ends and at the same time provide a wear surface for the weight of the rod.
Hope this helps

Ok - I've heard from a couple of folks that the OD of the bushing for the rear spring is really 3/4 inch. Is that always the case or just sometimes? I believe the OD of the bushing for the rear perch is still 11/16 and the ID's in both cases 9/16.
It's been awhile but I don't remember any diameter difference between the rear perch and spring in my '17. Langs lists the same bushing for both springs and perches so I'm confused.
Can anyone shed some light on this question?

I was going to tell you that ¾" is bogus, but I went and measured a rear bushing. ¾" is right. I'll have to edit my post and make the correction. Shackles are the same diameter all around, so ⁹⁄₁₆" for the ID is the same for front and rear bushings. The parts book shows four front bushings (3820) per car and four rear per car (3844), with springs and perches using the same bushings.

When I posted above I also I posed the question to the folks at Langs and they replied a short time later - unexpected but appreciated. Langs says the 3/4 in OD is correct and that the bushing still has a 9/16 ID. This is in reference to their 3844BR
I'll report when I've had a chance to personally verify everything.
