This was the first time I had sold a part and was ask if it would be a problem if I could deliver it to the airport and have it picked up. This is Luray airport Luray VA and the gentleman that bought the pan had a friend fly here today and pick it up. Now that is a great friend. When the pilot exited the small Cessna he was wearing a USAF jumpsuit. I ask if he was currently serving and he said yes sir active duty and took off today to do this. He currently flies F16’s . I just thought it was cool to load a Model T engine pan in the back seat of a Cessna flown by an F16 pilot.

It's safe to say that pan has never moved faster.

I had to haul a T engine to the airport once and loaded it in the back seat area of the plane. Pretty cool to see this, I fly every chance I get, had a friend that needed a valve, was going to be a 2 1/2 hour drive one way took me 1/2 to fly down and deliver, even got to give his boys a ride!
