After looking at your photo, I'm wondering if my response is out of order? Are the threads NC as I suspected, or are they really 6-32?

I'm confused. 6-32 is NC. Keith's photo is a closeup. Given that, it sure looks like 6-32x1½ with a hex nut to me (the nut is in shadow).

6-32 sounds too small. I'm thinking more like 10-32.
I'm not going to take mine apart to tell you tho...

I measured these at #8-32.
