Wheel adapters

Can a person make adapters from aluminum for 5 and 6 hole T hubs to adapt to Model A wheels? How thick would they be? Do A wheels need support towards the outer end of the center? I have round stock that I could use. My driving miles would be at a very basic minimum.

The Model A wheels is supported in three places; the outer edge of the rim, and on both sides of the lug holes. The lug holes were never meant to fit tight to the drum, they sorta floated above or just touched. Yes I am going to use 6061 aluminum, which is what I plan at some point to mount my Chevrolet disk wheels. The inner ring on these support the inner part of the wheel.
