I'm trying something new. I've created my first Model T YouTube video. https://youtu.be/wrOl1Te5Pdo I haven't publicly released it yet. This link will allow you to view it. I am interested in your comments and suggestions. Then I'll do a final edit, and publish it. Who knows... if this goes well I might try another Model T video sometime.

you will get a lot of comments regarding 1910+ for "no waterpump", since the waterpump was dropped so very early in production that more cars in 1909 came "without" than "with" (2500 or so "with", and 8000 or so "without")

instead of "1909" version, and "1910+" you may wish to delineate as "early" 1909 and "late" 1909

otherwise, hard to pick nits

Nice short video. If you do have an infrared motion camera it could be nice to see a final scene with the engine running and the IR showing the various temperatures.
And then I will claim, that the Model A is a waterpump assisted termosyphon system. The pump helps cirkulate the water in the enginehead more than it pumps the water out of the engine to the radiator.
Finally - Ford did not drop the termosyphon system. In 1932 Ford introduced the Ford Model Y in London which had a 933 ccm termosyphon cooled engine. It was joined in 1935 by the Ford model C which had the same engine just bored up to 1172 ccm. That 1172ccm engine was almost unchanged used up to the 1960's. The last years in Germany (Ford Taunus 12M) it was with a waterpump because current styling prevented the high radiator needed for the termosyphon to work.

Interesting info on the Model Y and Model C! Nice to see the Thermosyphon had more life. The knowledge base of this group is impressive and deep.

Holy Cow! 8HP side valve engine and sold for about 100 Sterling...the things you learn here. This was a totally new one on me!

I wonder if a Y will fit in a T?
