Mrs Becker’s passing

Post by Dropacent » Fri May 20, 2022 6:03 pm

For many decades , Larry and Bonnie Becker supplied model T enthusiasts with alternators for the model Ts and other old auto electrical parts. Perhaps you remember , Bonnie never went to a swap meet without her Pet Pink Pig, made from model t parts. She has gone to her reward, joining Larry in that big ford dealership in the sky!

Hate to hear of another passing, Larry & my father were stationed at the same SAC base in Nebraska. I met him at Chickasha early 2000 looking at his 6 volt alternators and he asked my name, I told him and he pause then said he knew a pilot at a base that had the same name. Found out that he was part of the the crew that handled my dads squadron. Mrs Bonnie just sat down and said Larry was going to talk my ear off. Mrs Bonnie was right. RIP

Sad to hear of Bonnie passing it was always good to see her at Hershey or Charlotte along with Larry. We still have two of Larry's spots at Charlotte and its hard to go past a BBQ place without thinking of them, They loved a good barbeque. Tim when you find out the details of the funeral could you post it or send to me in an email please. Jim
