A model T fits in with any event.

Post by Dallas Landers » Sat May 21, 2022 8:04 pm

I spent the day helping with an event at the International Monster Truck Museum. A car show/ truck show. A couple of us were in charge of the moonshine race. A timed race picking up jugs from strategic places on the monster truck track. It was open to anything. Of course my T, a 25 DB, a 28 DB, and many 4x4 trucks.

Funny thing, my buddy's 59 Ford beat us all including a 650hp 64 Chevy 4x4. The 59 was bone stock except for being lowered.

Get those T's out and about. They will be a hit. The crowd loved the old cars.

Moonshine he says! Mister that is now cheaper per gallon than that dim dar dinosaur goo and I bet ya there ain't no carbon footprint in dim dar heads! Wink, Wink..., The human head included! Hillbillies have been known to be correct with multiple purpose fuels for many years.., just ask Granny Clampett.

Holy water might if applied on a woman's belly pass a baby..., but if you apply moonshine on the rear end of a wild cat.., it will pass a Ferrari!

Hank I heard that turpentine was more powerful than Holy Water...a feller once told me that if you rub some on a cat's a** it will pass a bus.

An old saying around here was, "faster than a turpentined coyote". I haven't heard that one in fifty years

Dallas, you're right. A Model T fits in anywhere and usually steals the show. They love mud ! Thanks for posting the great pix !! Fun day.

Way too cool for school!
Love those cans on the running board. Still use the 5 gallon for Kero.
That's fantastic and looked like too much fun!

I found a beautiful Buggy for Dallas to race against on his way to the fishing hole.
