I was able to acquire these outside accessory brakes a few years ago, and finally got to taking them apart to see what they look like. The double drum is cast as a single piece, with the Ford size inside drum and the 10" outside drum. They seem to have little wear, but also appear to have been installed for long enough to accumulate mud, grease, and rust. There does not seem to be any identifying letters or name anywhere on them, but there is a "023" number cast into the mounting bracket / cross bar. I have not been able to find any period ads for anything that looks like these.

Does anyone know anything about them?

don't have any idea who made them but looks like you hit the jackpot iron drums & self energizing in both directions. I have seen early Rocky Mountains like that but seems to Me they they had the name cast on them.

AGREED. Those look like excellent brakes in design & function. I have not seen another set like these. I do like the medium sized drum.
I have a set that uses the outside of the original small drum. I can lock the brakes on my roadster forward or reverse.

I don't recall what the mounting brackets were like, but the "Master Brake" used drums very similar to those. Some of the drums had the letters of the name spaced on the side of the drums to show between the spokes of the wheel. However, I have also seen them without the name on the drums.
Ed Archer I believe still has a set on Number 4.

Rocky Mountain riveted their large drum to the standard Ford drum. The diameter is considerably larger than posted above.

The Master Brake drums were cast iron, but only had friction surface for the larger 10” (ish) drum. The original E-brake shoe and drum was abandoned
