Early bolt size question

Can someone please tell me what the correct bolt is for mounting the buggy rail and saddle arms on a 1910 T? I know they are fat headed, like this driver, but I’m not sure of the length, diameter or even where to buy them as well as the nuts. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the response Richard; I was beginning to think no one liked me! I thought I’d get a lot more response from all the early T owners on this one. The article is very informative, but no one ever addressed the bolt type, size or where to find them. The photos all show a really think head bolt: I’ll try a general google search but I suppose a carriage bolt will do. Thanks again!

If you can determine the dia. from the brackets you have, and measure the needed length of the bolt, easy to get thick or high head bolts from Restoration Supply Company. For early cars, this co. and its catalog are very handy.
