Stevens mystery tool

Any idea what this tool is ? It has a cutting tool attached, something like a lathe cutting bit. May not be T era.

Is the bit removable? Seems like if it is a cutting tool the bit could be changed out for another. Just guessing.

John, yes the bit is removable. It can be moved to the other slot also.

It’s used to pry off the grease seal retainer cup from each side of the rear axle housing.
