Rear Axel Truss Accessory help

Hello All,
Have any of you installed the truss accessory for the rear axel that John Stoltz at the Model T Ranch sells?? If so will this fit directly onto a stock 1909 6 rivet rear end??? If not then does anyone sell one that fits directly on a 6 rivet rear end?? Attached is the pic from John's website. Any help appreciated. Thanks, Andrew
