Help Needed

So, I need some help. I have a pair of Model T's that I need to get rid of but I know nothing about the. I'm going to preface this with these are my mom and dad's cars, primarily my dad really however my dad was recently moved into assisted living due to failing health. My mom will be moving into a condo sometime in the next year and we'd like to get these out of the garage before that. I need to get them sold but I really have no clue where to start, I'm a geophysicist that is honestly more into experimental aircraft. I have no idea what it is all worth, and there is a lot there. Two complete running model T's and from what I am told nearly enough parts to build a 3rd. The first one is a 1919 Model T, the second is a 1923 Model T. One is a Coup and one is a Touring Car though I could not tell you which is what year. They are both kept in their own climate-controlled garage and have never been taken out in any type of bad weather. Here is a link to the pictures I have. https://flic.kr/ps/3ZbhxB

The question is of course, how much should I sell this all for and where can I sell it. I will be posting it here once I figure out a reasonable price, but I need to know what that is.

One thing I should have specified, and was pointed out to me, the cars and parts are in Duluth MN, and I am in TN as you all can see. I will try to get my mom to get more pictures at some point, however, she is a bit busy right now with...well my dad. I will be heading up there in about a month and will get all the pictures I can and post them here. I will be driving back with a large trailer so arrangements could be made to bring some stuff back here...within reason of course. I'd love to bring the cars here, would make my life a ton easier but that is unlikely.

I will also be looking to find a local group up there to help with this. If anyone knows a group in northern Minnesota feel free to let me know

Ill let the other evaluate your T's. You have a wealth of good parts and its safe to assume that they are all in very good to excellent condition from what I can see (cleaned and painted). I included blown up pictures and I expect people will be making you some offers. Like anything selling parts is time consuming & shipping can be a pain so "local pick up". I can see a good looking 1926/27 frame that a member in Georgia (I think) is looking for. Several axles. Best route to take is to contact the local T club. I also know someone nearby that may be of help. Would help to know the city that the parts are in

From your pictures it looks like you have two very well maintained and beautiful Model T's

One is a Touring and the other a Roadster not a Coupe.

In order to get information on the other items (parts) you will need to make a list and take more photos so members can identify them. Look for a local Model T club in your area or ask around to see if there is another Model T member close to you who can help.

From the pictures that you posted a link to :
The touring car has a high radiator and would be a 1924. The car was probably made in late 1923 and that is why someone titled it as a 1923.
The other car you call a coupe is really a roadster and would fit the 1919 year.
Both cars look very nice but it would take someone more than a few pictures to price them. They could bring a number between $ 8.0 k to $ 13.0 k for each car, depending on distance to the buyer and any work that they may need. It is harder to price the parts not knowing what you have, maybe someone in local T club to you can help on that.

Nice looking cars, I would suggest listing them at $12,000 each.

Looks like some Model A and B stuff, too. Is that an OHV head?

The Touring could be a 1925 - check the front door hinge & 2 rivet data plate on the dash (should be inside the cab). Lots of Model A parts ?

I forget his name, but there is a guy from Ootlewah (near Chattanooga) who should be getting home in a few days from a long tour with MTFCA president George Akin and Dean Yoder. If anyone on here knows who I’m talking about, you might contact him and see if he’s interested in helping Patrick out.

Hank is not very far up I-24 toward Nashville from Chattanooga (Jasper or South Pittsburgh?). (I used to live in Manchester and have two daughters in Hixson).

I would love to answer that, but honestly, I have no idea. If you point out which one it is when I go back up there in a few weeks I will get all the pictures of it I can for you.

There are at least 4 model t clubs in Minnesota. I'm a member of 2. Plenty of us to help you! I usually take the grandkids up there this time of year. Just not this year. Google model t clubs in Minnesota. You'll have more friends than you'll know what to do with!

From the pictures, the Model T's look to be in very good condition. If they run as well as they look, they should be worth top amount for those years. At least even if they need some mechanical work, the bodies and upholstery look good.
The parts are not all Model T parts, but there is a market for A and B parts too.
I have 3 cars myself and live too far from Minn to even look at them, however, if you can find a club in an area near where the cars are located, I'm sure you will be able to find someone who can appraise the value and perhaps someone who will buy them.
