I’m trying to put AC brakes on my 24 Model T. It has an adapter so Model A wheels fit. My question is how do I pull this hub.

That may be an issue. Seems the new hub has a narrow groove, too small to grab with a jawed puller. Maybe you can find a big jawed puller that could wrap its arms around the plate between the drum. Or......?

Increased the size of your photo to show bit more.

I would first try a 'knock off' puller, thread it onto the stub of the axle shaft. Strike it really hard with a 2.5 - 5 lbs mallet. Should shock the new adapter and hub off the tapered axle shaft.

Isnt it an adapted wood wheel hub? Threads still in tact? Normal wood wheel puller.
There is a type puller for v-8? that has 3 fingers that pick up studs & presses on the axle stub 9461211108033884777721
