That is a beauty. Please share photos of what you do with her. Those front wheels need a complete rebuild or replacement. I don't know what to tell you about the rear ones. Would they not be solid for farming as-is?

The wheels definitely need rebuilt , just wondered why they would even bother bolting the rear wood wheels to the cast iron ones ? TT rear differential, thinking the whole thing was TT at some point.

I wonder if that was built up from available parts or was there a kit you could buy to build a tractor. It’s a wonder it survived a crusher or hauled off for scrap! And it’s still mostly all there! Neat!

Those appear to be wheels from a horse drawn mowing machine on the rear.
That is 1 neat rig, glad you saved it.

Ground-driven implement wheels. They're probably cast steel, and very strong.

The rear wheels look very much like the old ground driven sickle mower wheels. Please post closeups of how the steel wheels mount to the original wheels. Post a picture of the differential also. I'm guessing TT rearend with a aftermarket transmission in front of it. I can see the transmission but not the rearend. Homemade or factory kit very cool!!!!

Staude and other companies made tractor conversion kits. Have you searched to see if there's a tag somewhere?

I enhanced the photo. Wood spokes & felloe. Wonder why the cleats are not offset like on most implement wheels

The closer you look the cleverer the design.
Looks like a TT rear axle with the old hay mower wheels bolted to the TT wheels. Simple but effective.

Wood Wheels mount with hooks to spokes of iron wheels , see pictures , no luck yet finding a tag , but the iron wheels have brake drums that fit the tt axle , not sure why the wood wheels are even used . Pretty neat set up though!

Very odd wheels. Maybe a tractor conversion kit. (Or, are the "brake drums" drive gears with internal teeth, as might be found on a ground-driven mower?)

The way the wheels ares attached would suggest that the wood wheel hub is attached to the axle and the steel wheel drum is bolted to the wood hub. The cutout on the wood rim would be needed to get the drum flush to the hub. The other connecting points, hooks, are for added strength to prevent shearing the hub bolts given torque that the the large radius of the steel wheel could generate.

The use of the flat bar for the connection points looks like the use of available iron than from conversion kit. Could be that a kit was reverse engineered and applied to available host frame.

I'm guessing the drum belongs to the TT wheel, and the steel spokes are cut to an interference fit. The hooks and notched rim/fellow keeps the whole shebang together.
