APCO puller or pusher ID
What is the use for this puller? It looks like the spring perch pusher but the jaws are twisted to go around something. Thanks for any help. ---dan

Spring perch removal tool. The perches are usually stuck firm, and the tool is bent and distorted from over tightening.

Ed,
Perhaps the spring perch tool is just doing "push ups" to get it self back in shape!

It is shown on the cover of the APCO Equipment For Fords brochure.
I have one, but have never actually had the need to use it.

Thank You all for your information, that is what I thought it was but the twist on the jaws made me wonder. ——dan
