Took my hassler's apart to see what they needed.

I'm thinking a dab or two of J.B.Weld some MMO and call it good to go!

It looks like the Hasslers need to be rebushed along with the spring perch’s. I would rebush both spring perch’s. The bushings for the perches and the hasslers look to be the same. YES I know the hassler parts are worn and need to changed out but if they are rebushed they will last as long as you have your car.
Remember it took many years to get worn the way they are now.

Maybe you can find some better ones or have the holes machined out and have a machine shop make some bushings to fit. The bushings are available from the vendors if you choose to rebush them the way they are. Others will definitely have other ideas about it.

As far as the bolts are concerned the threads look good and they can be built up to used again if your handy with a welder.

😂😂...Just need to take some paint off a data plate 😜.

Jack Daron used to make those Hassler bolts. Are they still available from vendors ? I may have 1 or 2 I don’t need if not.

Model T owners also have to learn to recognize junk when they see it!

Somebody got their money's worth out of them. Think of all the rough miles they saw.

Last time I rebuilt a set of Hasslers a number of years ago, the original size bushings were/are not available so I drilled then reamed out the arms to accept an available stock Ford size bushing.

Hopefully, you can find a replacement for those parts. Otherwise, it might let you down right when you need it most! I would not trust JB weld on that part. The entire weight of one corner of the car rests on it and it is constantly moving up and down. Or if you leave the car parked, it will last forever just as it is, but for tours, NO!

Yep, along with the reference to MMO both products fix everything. But my tool box contains WD40 and duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't Duct tape it; if it doesn't move and it should flood it with WD40  :D :D
