What was going on with all those field workers in the photo with the centredoor in the background?

The 1913 stuck in the mud. Right hand driven or flipped photo? I zoomed way in, couldn't tell. I "feel" the "Ford" script is right, but cannot see a single detail enough to be sure. I can see two bolts where the door should be, presumably holding the horn on? I cannot see any sign of door edges or hinges. These factors would seem to indicate that it should be a USA car, flipped photo. However? Zoomed way in, there appears to be something, a little something, poking up from inside the body just forward of the seat? Probably nothing, but one may wonder?
Anyone care to speculate?

The bogged 13 T is not likely in Australia. The vegetation in the background is way off and that style of fencing is something we did not have the resources to build in many places.

Great photos Tom! Picture # 12 is Jackson, California. I own the gas pump that replaced the one in the photo. Not a whole lot has changed since that photo was taken. At one time, I lived in the next town south of there, Mokelumne Hill.

The pup in the back seat says it's a right hand drive T, and he wonders how his master could steer right into that mud hole when he had such a clear view of it from the right side ?

I believe you guys have unstuck the 1913 in the mud...... RHD with a pup in the back!
The acetylene headlights appear to be CLASCo. with the large round side vents in the bonnets.
Also, do we see the choke-loop on the near side of the radiator, or is it more of my imagination?

Kenneth, now you have me confused. Which is the near side? is it the right or the left? As for the choke wire, does it change sides on LHD cars? I thought all T's had the carburetor on the right of the motor, so the choke wire also was always on the right side.

Does no-one know what the field workers were doing?

Regardless of the photo being flipped or not, the near side is the side nearest us, the viewers. Whether the near side is the right or left of the car depends upon whether the photo is flipped or not. The choke wire loop would always be on the right hand side of a standard model T, and therefore would tell us if the photo is flipped or not, IF it could be seen. I have zoomed in and studied the front of the radiator for numerous minutes, and cannot see anything I can believe to be the choke wire, let alone a loop for one.
I have stared at the top front of the radiator. Maybe someone with better computer skills than I could play with contrast and color shifting to bring out the radiator script? As I stare at it, I get the feeling that the slope is the right way, and almost think I can see the "F" and the "d"?
With the spare tires blocking so much of the side of the car, I cannot say with any certainty whether the car has a door there or not.

I zoomed in at the maximum on that car stuck in the mud. I can't see the emblem on the radiator even with a magnifying glass after i zoom. I did, however, notice something interesting. There is a small animal tied to the spare tire. Looks like it might be a fox.
