I'm sure Mike won't mind if I post a photo of my Centerdoor side mirror - the mirror is for an open car (era) and I made the bracket from steel tubing & some bent flat bar.

Here's two pictures, one of truck mirror and of mounting bracket for either mirror or spotlight, accessories of the period.

Ross -- The mirror you posted appears to be on a wooden-bodied truck, but that mirror/bracket combo would be at home on a Coupe or Sedan just as well. I do not have any info on the mirror, but ones similar to that were common aftermarket parts back in the day. I made some of those brackets and sold a few; I think I still have a couple left. They are easy to make if you can weld.

Does anyone want to estimate when the two mirrors in the photographs were made? I have one just like this, and I don't know which of my cars to put it on.
