I saw this today at a local Route 66 themed restaurant in Springfield IL. The carb is on the wrong side. Art

Sure looks like a beautiful Faultless racer with Roof Liberty 8 cylinder head. Would love to see and hear it zooming down the road…

It's great to see that distinct Faultless nose on the car.
On the actual race cars many were changed out to regular T rad shells when
damaged in action. Mine had been changed out but kept with the car through its life.
They are made in 6 or 7 pieces and then leaded together.

The Liberty 8 head is easy to identify because the rocker stands are cast into the top of the head casting and are not removeable. Looks like a real authentic car. thanks for sharing

Great car with great parts. I’m betting you could scrounge for years and not come up with a half dozen of those exhaust manifolds.
