As was mentioned, the threaded post that determines upper bridge height is 10-32 thread.
Some extra info that may be of interest here:
From what I have seen, originally there was a larger size nut there and also a lock nut which is a "narrow" size.
The wrench size of this narrower lock nut is 5/16.
McMaster Carr has these:
90760A200 (black oxide steel)
95130A160 (brass)
One of the narrow lock nuts could be made from a 6-32 nut tapped out to 10-32.

For what it is worth (my thoughts),
I don't use the "Upper bridge lock nut" because after setting the trembler coil points and I service 5 coils in a batch ...(4 for the vehicle and 1 to go under the seat to help out another vehicle with a dud coil)...to all fire at the same TDC (or point of combustion) for equal ignition timing of the four cylinders and also adjust to stop the coils from advancing and retarding at varying operating speed and voltages. After all adjustments are made I use a small dab of 24 hour cure epoxy resin (Araldite). I find the lock nut changes the pressure to the upper bridge and changes the advance/retard Q factor. I use a HCCT (Non motorized)for my set ups. If you are only adjusting one coil on its own,then use the lock nut and you don"t have the mix the resin. .....n
