See a T among the Turkeys.?

Post by John kuehn » Wed Sep 28, 2022 10:00 pm

There looks to be one Model T at the Turkey trot gathering in Cuero, Texas. I’m thinking it’s a 13-14 Touring?

If you mean the car that's kinda behind the pole on the right, it looks like maybe a '12 to me, sorta looks like the 2 brass windshield support rods. Just not clear enough is the problem. And that's a LOT of turkeys there! And noise I imagine!

The last Turkey Trot was in 1972, but...

"Although the Turkey Trot no longer exists, Cuero still celebrates the turkey every year during the annual Turkeyfest. Turkeys are no longer herded through the streets, but the festival does feature a race between a turkey from Cuero and one from Worthington, Minnesota, Cuero’s competitor for Turkey Capital of the World."

Don't miss it! Turkeyfest is Oct. 6 - 10!!!

(I'll be in Hershey, walking around and eating steak each night! And Yeungling Beer!!!)
