That last picture is exactly how I lost one toe and had another stitched on, when I was two years old. Barefoot on a tricycle without any guard on the front wheel.

Second photo is a 1917 or 1918 sedan - very few seem to have survived today.

Also, note the photo of a rare 1918 coupelet being pulled by working steers.

Both of the above have aftermarket demountable wheels.

The ninth one from the with the woman and man almost looks like a movie still. That is a modified car with an aftermarket body. Does anyone know what kind it is?

The fourteenth one from the top has an NRS Ford in the middle. It has a Ford script on the radiator. That is somewhat unusual to be seen on one of those cars.

I think the second picture is a 21-22 sedan. It has a black low radiator. Most likely came with a starter, but the side lamps were added later. The spotlight is electric, and very unlikely run from a magneto.

I am pretty sure the "custom" is an Autowa roadster, without the fenders.
The second photo center-door sedan is probably a pre starter car. Oil sidelamps were very rarely ever added to cars not factory equipped with them (accessory electric cowl lamps yes, oil sidelamps no), until hobbyists went nuts about them in the 1950s. Yet another great center-door photo I would loved to have seen thirty years ago!

The 24th picture is Fatty Arbuckle

I thought that looked like Roscoe! The damsel I believe is Mabel Normand!
Years ago, I met one of Fatty's ex wives, Minta Durfee Arbuckle, at a silent film showing. Although they had been divorced, she devoted most of the rest of her life to keeping Roscoe Fatty Arbuckle's name before the public. She was signing autographs for Fatty even though he had been gone for forty years then. I also talked her into her autograph on a studio photo of her. She told wonderful stories of Fatty, how kind he was, and how light on his feet he was in spite of his big size! She said he was a true ballroom dancer, and also fantastic at the wild dances of the roaring '20s!

20th picture down looks like a 1910 converted to a truck. You can see the one piece pan, knobs on the steering column levers. Then a mix of parts KW STYLE 1914 coil box Jno Brown sidelights not sure of the model but if that’s a cast bracket on the driver side lamp could be a Victor 1,I don’t see the speedometer but evidence of one is on the passenger side wheel, wheels are very early style with the thin spokes.Could be wrong because of the spotlight, doubt it would run off the magneto. The front axle is later though.

The 1911 must have been early with the Ford script on the radiator. Unless the agency was using it for promotion.

I do not like to disagree with you John T T 3. However, I am fairly certain that is not an early one-piece pan. The dipper troughs aren't deep enough, and I think I can see the shadow of two pan cover bolts. I suspect the chassis is a 1911 or 1912,leaning toward 1911 due to your observation of the wheel spokes.
It looks like it was a nice little express delivery truck, but has seen a couple hard years. I am undecided on the coil box. I looks like it may have a switch key knob maybe?

KWTownsend, Photo number 8 the 1911, nice catch on the radiator script! Those scripts were sold after-market for many marques including Fords. However, they were much more popular to hobbyists in the 1950s and 1960s than they were in the 1910s! I suspect you are right on the dealer using it for promotion.

In the third picture, notice the position of the rear axle? That modification was used for parades where they could do "Wheelies".

Wyane I’m not woke so feel free to disagree as your God given right. I can’t tell for sure, even after zooming in. I see the shadows you’re speaking of but the spacing seems very wide. I also noticed the deep drop going to the oil sump on the pan, again could just be the shadow. At first I thought the coil box was a JB, I looked at the slope on the top & bottom of the box, which could be for a 10 but after zooming in I saw what I think is the knob key on the side which could make it a KW. You know me, I’m creepy that way when zooming in on things.

JTT3, Me too. I am largely by choice not very proficient with computers. However, the zooming in and studying of any details not lost to photography (film quality), age, or digitizing, is something I do a lot! It is truly amazing how much detail can sometimes be seen in these photos.

I am sure I could be better with computers than I am. I worked with cutting edge technologies for thirty years! Communication systems, satellite receivers, terrestrial microwave, and information technologies before many people had computers in their homes! We designed systems, custom ordered specialized equipment. Much of our work was finding faulty designs and workmanship, then correct errors made by others. Systems, and how one system interacts with other systems was what we did.
But I burned out because of "Madison Avenue" and "Ivory tower engineers" making promises that I knew couldn't be kept. I am still waiting for things that they promised every home would have by 1990!
I may not have a degree on the wall. However, I was trained by real engineers to do the work of a real engineer. We had a sort of a code, to make things that WORKED! To make them SAFE to be used. And make them so that non engineers could USE THEM!

Sorry for starting the rant. I better stop or this could go on for thousands more words. Guess I am feeling blue today.

As long as it’s midnight blue you’ll be fine. Brother I hear you things are just different and back in the day it wasn’t the degree you had but what the results of your work & ingenuity. Ford was an eighth grade dropout after all.
