Ford Model A 1903 Transmission Question

Hello everybody on the MTFCA forum!
My name is Jermain (21y/o) This is my first post on this forum and I am happy to be able to speak to fellow Ford enthusiasts.
2 years ago I made my own Ford Quadricycle replica and want to continue my mechanical endeavors by starting a new project. My next project will be trying to recreate the original Ford model A from 1903. Information on this car is very scarce.
The transmission of the model A functions almost exactly the same as a Ford model T. But for the life of me, I can seem the visualise in my head how exactly the transmission is build-up. I have found some photos in the brochure of the model A but it isn't 100% clear. When comparing the the model A transmission and the model T transmission the part cant be carried over as I hoped. As they would interfere with one an another. I would really appreciate your thoughts and help. Thank again!
Best regards,
Jermain
