Ruxtel and Rocky Mountains

I’m sure there’s a way to run both but my shifter is hitting the rocky linkage from the brake pedal. Do I have to run the hand brake shifter or something?

Try turning the shifter around so the spring is on the other side.

Your shifter is mounted backwards.

One thing few folks know about Ruckstells, is when Eaton took over production from Hall Scott, they changed the design of the patent plate, to the clipped corner design which some people think is the 1926-7 design. Yes, it is, but it is really the Eaton design, and they made small drum models too with the clipped patent plate. I have one of those housings on my 1925.
