Rock auto usually has the best prices on those, IF they're in stock.

It's been so long since I've heard from Rock Auto, but if my lame brain is correct, I"m STILL waiting for the inside left bearing...or maybe it was the right side, or even both! Ha ha. Point is, they're mostly unobtanium for some stupid reason.

Tim, it's the outer bearing that is out of stock. I have right hand bearing on back order with Langs, and no indication of availability. They have the left ones.

Rock Auto will notify you when 9075 is available. However, they have had to renew my request 2-3X because my request has been in their system so long. If I hear anything I will post it on here, but dont hold your breath. If I knew anyone at Timken I would ask. Might still be due to pandemic and supply issues.

I did a comparison for TIMKEN 09194 - plus shipping,
NOTE if you select AMAZON as the sellers shipping requires an order of $25 or more.
So the number of items being purchased from the same supplier needs to be considered for a shipping total
For this 1 item TIMKEN 09194 with shipping the least expensive was RockAuto, next eBay or Amazon (depends on which offer you select and if you have Prime)

Thanks Allen! I've been so busy, causing me to be remiss in staying on it. I'll order a couple today!

Tim,

I thought you needed bearings. If you order races, you will be sadly disappointed. They are not interchangable.

9075 is the only item not available. This has been a problem for at least a year.

Anyone had any problems with the new supply?

I tried to install one today and it will not screw on all the way, it's like when you mix a close metric thread to a SAE one.

I tried it on 2 different spindles and also tried both bearings with the same result.

Chris

PS as mentioned above it is the left bearing with the regular threads 09075

I have seen this problem several times in the past. I take a thread file to the spindle to clean up the threads. A helical wire brush on the inside threads of the bearing may help as well.
