With an average December high temp of 49F, Denver is a pretty moderate place and not heavily impacted by snow. There are exceptions of course, but that picture could happen on any random December day for the last 100 years. Other than crime, congestion, air pollution, and pot-heads, it's a lovely place to live these days.
If you have 3' long unwashed hair, and like to stuff it into a 9 cubic foot knit cap, Denver's your place.
In fairness, and just like Purgatory, there are some places in Denver that are better than others...it's just that like Purgatory, no matter where you are in Denver, you're still in Denver.
