I have some notions on changing out the worn bushings, but I'll bet our members can offer some valuable tips ! 1916-20 (?) cast iron hub. Thanks, fellows !

Some I have seen have been soft soldered in place, presumably because the bush was not a good fit. A little heat may be in order while driving on the tap.

They’re very easily driven out with a 3/8” brass punch since they’re dissimilar metals with no rust. I keep the old bushings and cut them about 1/8” beyond the flange. Needle bearings are controversial with this crowd. I use them with no problem on all my Ts then reinstall the cut off bushings....Original will disagree
