The January clinic has been going on for a long time. I've been attending since 2009. In recent years it's been held at McPherslon College, famous for its auto restoration program. This year's program featured Steve Lang on the parts business, Dave Nolting on transmission drums, Mike Vaughn discussing coils, and Verne Shirk on rear brakes. There are always interesting cars to see. Some are past student projects, some currently underway, and some awaiting restoration, plus some guest cars brought in just for the day.

Steve Lang shows photos of the famous family operation established by his dad, and talks about the parts business.

The earliest, but not the oldest? One of the cars to be seen in the McPherson shops is the 1886 Benz replica. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3lJQSxpnKTE

Abbey Paulsen's customized 1914 runabout. Great work by a very young old car fan.

I knew somebody who drove one of these.
It was a nice show to see a family of four get in and out.

If I was rich one of my cars would be a 1957 T-bird.

Thanks for the photos! It was a great weekend. We had 73 people at dinner Friday night, and about 110 at the clinic on Saturday. We had folks from 14 different states, not including the students.

The presentations were great, and it was fantastic to visit with so many people.
Thank you to all who attended, presented, brought cars for display, supplied door prizes, served on the clinic committee and made the day a success!

We're already planning next year - January 19-20-2024.

Are the presentations recorded? Those of us from far away may be interested in seeing them.

Thanks for the pictures,

Adrian

Probably in a couple weeks after editing they will be posted to the Model T Tips channel on YouTube. Last years is in there.
