Lincoln Mfg. Splitter on TT

Seeing Bushmikes post of his TT and the Hi-Lo got me thinking again. We were in Richmond at the museum today, there's probably info in the library but we were there late and didn't have time to look through anything, so, anyone on here that can tell me about this? I picked up the truck last fall and to be honest we have done very little to it this winter.

With the weather getting better and more daylight it's time to get working on the truck. Researching the company online I came up with nothing other than they used to exist. Any knowledge of whether I'm looking at an overdrive or underdrive? Anything particular to watch for, seals, bearings etc?

Thanks in advance.

I have one for my truck. How many shift positions ? Two = Underdrive.
Three = Overdrive.

Keith,
Very neat transmission. One advantage of the rear mounted trannys is the stock Ford driveshaft is turning in it’s designed rpm range. If you get a chance, pop the cover off and get a pic with good lighting. It may tell a lot.

It may be a 3, I figured it was 2 with a neutral. I'll pull the cover before we get it going, may not be able to see much without pulling the bed.
